This luxury five star resort can be found off the south coast of Goa right next to the Sal river. The great thing about this hotel is that it is right next to a fishing village so if you fancy going for a bit of a fish this is more than possible. The hotel has 78 acres of tropical grounds and has 185 guestrooms. The spa actually prides itself in its warm stone massages and has a huge selection of ayurvedic therapies.

Marriott Mumbai

The hotel here is a very modern one indeed and can be found within Juhu district and it looks over the beach and the Arabian sea which is pretty nice. The hotel itself features eight treatment rooms, heat experience areas that consist of saunas and steam rooms as well as a Vichy shower room.

Park Hyatt Goa

Another one in Goa and it would seem that Goa is a great destination for those spa hotels. It would seem that most of the treatments here are massage based ones but there are also many facial and body too. This one is not very far at all from the airport and has 45 acres of space to look from.

If you are feeling stressed then you are most likely in need of a bit of a break, get out there to a spa hotel for relaxation! Everyone really does deserve a break from time to time!
