What Are The Best Mexican Dishes Out There?

Author: Mexican food is certainly one of my personal favourites in the world, I am yet to try one of them that I do not like as of yet. I learnt how to make many dishes when out on my Mexico holidays and here is what I would serve up at a dinner party if I was doing a Mexican theme.
Chilaquiles
These are pretty much nachos but the American cheese and beans are taken away and you have nice toasted tortillas covered in either green or red salsa ( I have seen a mix of the two) with shredded chicken and sour cream. Read the rest of this entry »
